I saw an ad for this development in apartment finder. Rents will start at $850 and they will be available in the summer. Any one know more about this development?

My guess is that awoehler may have some inside information on these. He provided us with a link to his "Appraisal Photos" on another project and seems to have a few on this development as well.

construction on this place appears to be flying... i can't wait for that big expanse of empty parking spaces in the picture to be filled with something...

probably the wrong section to post this in, but i just heard through the grapevine that space has been leased in the bottom of this loft for a new restaurant. another restaurant in DT west...
