Rosemann Architects Moves Downtown

:D

Rosemann & Associates PC has opened a new design studio at 1221 Washington Avenue. Relocating to Washington Avenue from Maryland Heights has allowed Rosemann to expand its office to 6,800 square feet and to expand to a staff of 12. Over the next three years Rosemann plans to expand its professional staff to 25.

"We encourage our clients to actively participate in their projects and wanted to provide easy access to the Design Studio. Our Washington Avenue space invites interaction and sets us right in the middle of a vibrant Downtown Revitalization District," says Jarrett Cooper, AIA, Vice President.

The focal point of the space is the conference room that was designed to attract attention from pedestrians and allow the transfer of light throughout the space. The original historic character of the building was maintained through minimal construction of walls and the restoration of the ceiling to its natural wood finish. This minimal approach also encourages creative exchange between staff professionals and clients.
