1900 Pine - Residential Conversion

Renovations and new residential construction in downtown St. Louis, Washington Avenue, the Old Post Office, etc.
It looks like the former Liggett Myers tobacco factory at 19th and Pine (most recently office space for Anthem Blue Cross) will be renovated into residential:

anyone know the status of this project?
Sherman put in a $10.2 million permit application for 87 units last week for the "Station Plaza" redevelopment.
Nice. NextStl scooped that story a full year in advance. :-)
Is this project still moving along? The building looks under construction, but some of the board ups looks like they might have been in place for a while, and like there should be more equipment there.

The new windows that have been installed look great.
Yeah, it's moving forward as planned. Steady stream of permit activity for sprinklers, etc.
Glad to hear it. Thanks for the update.
